Scholarship Applications
Welcome to the Coshocton Foundation scholarship information webpage. Scholarships are available to seniors graduating in the Class of 2023 from Coshocton, River View, Ridgewood, Career Center, Coshocton Christian and Tri-Valley high schools, as well as Home-Schooled students and three out-of-state schools.
We are very pleased to announce that we have moved the application process online to Kaleidoscope, an online awards management platform. Students will log into Kaleidoscope with their Username (their email address) and create a password. To begin the application process students should log in to https://apply.mykaleidoscope.com/scholarships/CoshoctonFoundation. For best results, please use Google Chrome, Moxilla Firefox or Safari – not Internet Explorer/Edge. In the event of technical difficulty, a support team is available at help@mykaleidoscope.com!
Scholarship Guidelines are listed below by school or the school district where the student resides. The Guidelines show the eligibilty requirements and any additional information required for an application to be considered complete. The requirements which are underlined are unique to that particular scholarship and must be completed for the student’s application to be considered. Students may attach pages by uploading them to the application if necessary for additional information, essays, etc. Please read these criteria carefully. There may be some scholarships for which you do not qualify. For instance, the Betty Jane Hawk Memorial Scholarship is for a SOPHOMORE at Ridgewood High School. Others may require participation in a specific course of study, or extracurriculars such as a specific sport, or participation in music/band. We are hopeful that the use of the online application will greatly reduce the errors of ommission we have eperienced the last several years which have eliminated some students from consideration for awards.
A photograph (one original photo and copies for the rest) is needed for each application. Please place your original photo in an envelope and submit to your guidance office or other designated area at your school by Friday, March 3rd. If a digital photo is available it may be uploaded to the application before being submitted.
A note to home-schooled students: using the school district in which you reside, look at the list of awards being offered. Those noted with the numeral 1 (1) are available for home-schooled students as well as the students who attend the school. The March 3rd deadline also applies to home-schooled students.
The Coshocton Foundation is extremely proud to offer many fine scholarship awards. Best of luck to each and every one of you!
