The Coshocton Foundation is pleased to announce the appointment of a new permanent Trustee.

In accordance with the terms in founder Adolph Golden’s Will, Judge Jason Given has appointed Todd Brown to fill the seat of Kathy Thompson, who passed away in December 2025.

Brown holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Public Affairs from Muskingum University and an MBA from Ashland University.

Professionally, he has 36 years of experience in the banking industry, including 28 years in commercial banking sales and leadership roles. He currently serves as Senior Vice President, Commercial Banking, at Peoples Bank, where he focuses on building client relationships.

A dedicated community leader, Brown has been a member of Rotary for 30 years and is a Paul Harris Fellow. He is a graduate of the 1999 Leadership Coshocton County class and previously served as both a member and Chair of its Advisory Board. His community involvement includes past service on the Coshocton County Port Authority Board. He currently serves on the Finance Committee of Genesis HealthCare System and on the boards of Appalachian Growth Capital, the Echoing Hills Village Foundation, and The Matthew 712 Project.

Brown and his wife, Amy, who are longtime supporters of the Coshocton Foundation, have raised three sons and reside in Coshocton.
